I’ve been coming for massages almost weekly for three years. I’ve spent upwards of $10-15k there. The massages are amazing, which is why I keep coming back. Today I woke up with a really bad head cold and called to cancel. I was told initially I’d have to pay a cancellation fee or find a family member to come instead. Also that i needed to give more notice. Right, ill start planning my colds around massage apointments. The owners need to have a serious talk with the front desk staff about reasonable accommodations and what customer loyalty looks like. If you want me to come in and infect your staff and other patients, happy to oblige, but seriously this is appalling customer service for someone who has frequented your business so often.
