I walked in to get a chest and back wax because I'm going away on vacation tomorrow. It was last minute so I didn't know if I'd be able to get a treatment. Annette, greeted me at the front desk. She's very friendly. And she was able to accommodate me even though they usually can't do walk-ins. Annette brought me up to the 2nd-level waiting room, which was bright, clean, and quite nicely decorated actually. My technician was Amanda. I’ve have been a client here for over 4 years and have always had fantastic treatment and service. The new location and building are fantastic! Clean, smart and professional looking!All the staff here are friendly, professional and are experts in their field.They go above and beyond to try and accommodate appointments, even when I have booked with short notice and asked for evening appointments. Annette is very professional, the space is very clean and comfortable. I initially went for a waxing appointment and left with all of the information to start a laser treatment program. I had always struggled with temperature regulation in the heat and was always sweating in warm temperatures. After the initial laser appointment my back looked nearly hairless my chest has taken longer but is such a noticeable difference.A year later I am more comfortable with warmer temperatures and have had a major reduction in sweating.
