While they strive for excellence, occasional mistakes can happen, such as damaging hubcaps. However, they are committed to fairness and transparency, as shown in their approach to diagnostic fees and communication. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for over 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I trust the workmanship and their recommendations fully. They are honest and transparent , and they only repair what’s needs fixing . I took a vehicle to the dealership last year for afew recalls and left with a small book saying I needed $8000.00 in repairs. I took the recommendations into Macleod Trail Auto and they went thru everything.. turns out it only needed about one eighth of the work the dealership said it did. We made a plan to repair some other small things over time This is what I mean by only fixing what’s it really needs and being upfront and honest. I trust Brady the owner completely with my ride!!!!
