Dealing with Mike was an absolute breeze and pleasure. He is very polite, quick to respond to calls/text and very knowledgeable about his job and extremely professional. Thank you for providing such great service! Moving is stressful but Mike took the stress out of it. I highly recommend Mackie Moving and Storage.
We used Mackie Moving (via King’s Transfer) in February for 2 moves. We were repatriating from overseas. At the front end of the move the communication was terrible. Our contact Ashley did not return calls or emails promptly. When our air shipment arrived Ashley made an error on the form and we had to chase around to have it fixed and then clear customs. She made the same mistake on our sea shipment causing an extra months delay due to Christmas holidays. It was very frustrating dealing with her. Thankfully our actual movers were fantastic! We moved across country west to east coast and they were so helpful and organized! We were not ready when they arrived but they helped us to make sure we packed everything. They disassembled the furniturend organized all the small parts with labels. They inventoried it all. They made sure the fragile items were handled with care and wrapped our furniture. They arrived within a week and did an amazing manuver into our storage area and unloaded carefully making sure light boxes were on top of heavy. Rob and Mike are friendly and hospitable. I appreciate the hard work they did making our big move easy. Thank you!
