I experienced a basement water backup and have been working with Liz Snell throughout the restoration process. From day one, she was fantastic—highly communicative and professional. She kept me informed every step of the way, particularly during the removal of drywall, carpets, and laminate flooring.
I also worked with Edgar, who was responsible for cleaning and spraying the affected areas in the basement. He took thorough photos and communicated clearly throughout the process.

I have nothing but high praise for the work Lydale did for me. From the moment they were contacted about my smoke damage, it took only an hour till Edgar arrived with 3 air purifiers. From then on, the staff that was sent to remove damaged cabinets and microwave, to the cleaners/packers, painters, cabinet maker, etc., all were on top of things; polite, efficient and pleasant to deal with.
