I shopped at Trail Appliances for years and the service was generally fine but everything changed when my contractor friend introduced me to Wayne at Rona MacLeod. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, easy to deal with and genuinely focused on what’s best for the customer rather than just closing a sale. Because of that experience I’ll be switching to this Rona from Home Depot for all my construction materials as well. Thanks Wayne!

The 3 people we had the pleasure of dealing with today at Rona were incredible! Sean didnt work in the appliance department, but quickly found Jafar and Emily. Both were assisting other customers, but came and found us when they were done. Jafar and Emily helped us through buying a new washer and dryer. Would highly recommend going to Rona, great team and very friendly and knowledgeable. Such a wonderful experience!!

Wayne provided exceptional service cutting our wood. We had been waiting a long time for assistance, and because we were strapped for time and almost left without the wood, we were incredibly relieved when Wayne stepped in. He was efficient and very friendly. His professionalism and helpful attitude completely turned the experience around. He is definitely a value to your team at Lowe's.
