I visited today with the intention of making a purchase, but I was uncertain about the most suitable product for my needs. Geoffrey provided exceptional assistance, offering clear explanations that demonstrated his dedication to his role and his comprehensive knowledge of the products available. Good experience with Calgary-Northwest Lowes at Crowfoot Way NW and I are not very familiar with their store, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hardware store is fair with great pricing. It makes shopping even more enjoyable since they are super friendly and will not merely assist me by pointing out where a product is. Instead, they accompany me to the product as it is being restocked, even if they are in the middle of stocking shelves. If they were unable to direct me to the right department, a staff member further assisted me.
