I’ve used another large company in Calgary to clean my area rugs with what I thought was good success. After getting back my rugs from Lotus…. The rugs are so clean they are vibrant. Amazing Job!
Always amazing results. My area rug, the expensive one, went through training two pups. The rug was their favorite spot to relieve themselves, It became a giant pee pad, the smell, and urine stains so horrible. Didn't think it could be saved. Thanks to lotus it came back odor free and super clean, like a new carpet. They have cleaned everything from mattresses to antique furniture. Always really super results. Prompt, great results and lovely staff I honestly would never call anyone else.
