Jason did really well in cleaning and sanitizing our top floor balcony that has been full of pigeon droppings. He was fast, precise, and very friendly. Their office/customer service were prompt with their responses to my inquiries. Highly recommend their services!

I had a fairly aggressive outdoor yard problem with ants. Lavellan was able to come and provide a quick and easy solution. Within a few days of the first treatment there was a noticeable difference and could see the hive entrances emptying out. Everyone I spoke with was kind and patient, answering my questions on maintenance, preventative measures and causes. The service does include a second spray still to come, and is worth the cost to ensure that any stragglers are handled. I am so glad to have my yard back and not see new little nests popping up everywhere
