All I can say is WOW! Samantha was thorough and explained every step of the process. She took excellent care to make sure I was comfortable and went the extra mile to ensure the treatment (microneedling and exosome facial) addressed all of my concerns. Cat at the front desk was lovely and welcoming; it was a fantastic experience start to finish. Samantha is a true professional, incredibly skilled and absolutely wonderful! I cannot begin to recommend her and Lavana enough!
