Hired this firm to manage a financial problem I was having. I was called downtown to a meeting. I was kept waiting over an hour past my appointment time and when the accountant I was to meet with finally showed up she did her best to belittle me and tried to make me feel small and insignificant. The situation was bizarre to say the least because the woman was enormously obese, so next to her I was much smaller. When I left their offices my car had been towed since I was made to wait so long past my appointment time. I would never have anything to do with this firm again. I found them to be extremely unprofessional and rude.

This accounting firm is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They do not reply to emails, or phone messages. When having to deal with CRA and needing information is time sensitive. For their cost in fees I believe you could get better costumer service elsewhere, especially if they can't return phone calls or emails
