The estimate was done efficiently and was a very reasonable price considering the scope of the work. It was clear that Cody wanted to provide us with a long term solution and not a temporary fix. The work was scheduled and completed on a tight timeline and Cody documented all the work he did in pictures to show the before, during and after. The best thing you can say about a contractor is that he listens and asks questions to clearly understand what you want done. The next best thing is that they get the job done on time and budget, exceeding your expectations. All the work I've arranged with these people has been arranged and completed that way. If you want to be satisfied with the work and the price, these are the people you want to be dealing with!
