Listen.I am physically white. My hair is just straight and long.But it’s coarse. And really thick. And my dads black. And I’ve been getting my sides skin faded into oblivion since I was fifteen. Since I was eighteen by Herman, at this shop. Today after 12 years of being radio silent I am here to say, I have only gone to one place for the best haircut of my life consistently. Let me not fool you, I’ve done the foolish thing and go to other barbers in other places, and Herman and that staff can fix anyone’s hair. Took my son for the first time today and it was fantastic. Vibe is so chill: beats in the background, and a boxing match on the T.V.Elias helped us today. He was diligent, careful and patient. My son wanted fade stencilling and it looks amazing ?! Great prices too. We’ll definitely be back!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I went to king Afro this afternoon around 3pm. The gentlemen greeted me very kindly and sweetly when i entered the building. The hair styalist that attended to me was very kind and was gentle with the hair clippers. He frequently asked me if i was liking what he was doing making sure i was satisfied with the cut. He offerd to wash my head once he was done cutting my hair. He was very kind. There was another gentleman cutting someones hair that was to the right of me he was helping me tell the styalist and helping me explain to him what i wanted.
