Extremely happy with the product but blown away by their customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kayu. We had a new deck installed a few years ago. We love it. One of the tiles broke - but the contractor that installed it changed hands and the new owner wouldn't find the paperwork relating to the original install. We were able to determine that the manufacturer was Kayu. Took a long-shot hoping they'd be able to help. Not only did they help, they found the original order, and were able to source a replacement and have it shipped the next day! Unreal customer service. Highly recommend doing business with a company that conducts itself like this.
