I bought a used car and came to Jiffy Lube on 16th Ave for my first oil and transmission fluid change. Rupee provided me with some outstanding customer service. Very professional, he noted my power steering fluid was very dirty and recommended that I change it. He was able to flush about 80% of the old fluid, replacing the 80% with clean power stering fluid. He said this is normal and offer d for me to return in a few days for a 2nd 80% flush at no cost I did just that, and Rubee once again was very welcoming as was all the staff I interacted with at this shop.I recommend this shop for your fluid needs.

I came in for an oil change and Rupi helped me out. He was awesome and a huge help and had a great conversation while having my car serviced. I’d definitely recommend Rupi and this location.
