Jiffy Lube is a business known for great service, with staff who are amazing, friendly, and professional. They follow manufacturer service intervals and don't push unnecessary services. This location truly stands out, with a team that is honest, attentive, and efficient. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, making it very well worth the stop. They offer services such as air and cabin filter replacement, and are quick and excellent in their service. Hanzala was super friendly and listened to what was being said, much appreciated.
Great service. I had everything explained to me as the service was happening, oil, change filters and new wiper blades all happened in a timely matter the service technicians were great.
I came to leave a 5-star review because the team here was super helpful. They did a great job taking care of me on the day of my oil change. Then they went above and beyond when I needed some extra help. Great team, great service.
Rupi and Fay at this Jiffy Lube were especially helpful as we tried to solve an issue involving the dashboard air filter in our truck. After changing the air filter and diagnosing the issue, our truck still made a funny noise, but it was much better. They offered to take an extra step and vacuum down inside our dashboard to see what may be interfering with our A/C fan…they vacuumed and were able to extract whatever foreign object had gotten inside our dash. Knowing we had a 3,700 km trip home the next day, they did all they could to ensure we had a pleasant and safe trip home. Highly recommend these caring and attentive folks on 16th Street!
