Me and my sister went there few weeks ago as a walk in since they were recommended by a friend. I asked if they do walk in they said yes and told us to wash our hands and sit on the chair. The way she speaks is really not welcoming, more of like a command. They started working on our nails.These are just some observations I had. One lady is going back and forth on the two customers without even sanitizing her hand, no gloves too. And they talk a lot on their language not paying attention to the customers. I've had my nails done a handful of times here and they always turn out exactly how I want! I work in a medical setting and use tons of sanitizer and type like no tomorrow.. they have never chipped or worn out on me. Pro tip! They can be really busy, call ahead so you're not waiting too long and ask for Dieu! She's awesome
