Received good customer service from AZIZ . He helped me to transfer data from my old phone to new . Aziz is the best customer service representative that I have been dealing with. I would recommend my friends to Aziz when they want to get a new phone.

When I first got my Blackberry Key 2 the battery lasted an astonishing 26 hours on the first day and I use my cel a lot! Over the years, that performance has dropped to about 3 to 5 hours between charges depending on use.I miss the days when you could just pop the back cover off and install a new battery like you install an SD card. Now cel phones are sealed and you have to take them in to a shop like iPhix to have a battery replaced.I dealt with a fellow named Jordan who was very courteous and did a great job. In addition to the battery replacement (I'm now back to getting over 24 hours of battery life between charges - whoo-hoo!) I also got a camera lens cover replaced...read full review

I got a new phone at the Eau Claire Market location. Chad explained to me all the different new phones actually on the market with all the pros and cons. I opted for a Samsung a32 5G,...IPhix doesn`t sell only IPhones but also Samsung and Google phones
