Came here for the first time as my insurance company refer me here … i am wondering how long they would take and how their service would be. But my first impression was not positive… Needed a car for rent as they said the parts of my car would take sometime to come in and had to leave my drive-able car. at their workshop but they only had small suv car available at that time so the reception lady told me she will call me back when they would have more car of my choice available but no one called me …so far…lets see.. I will give my full honest review of their service once the final work is done.

My service from the Intact Service Centre itself was excellent overall. Any issues I’ve had are not with the centre directly, but with the repair shop that handled my vehicle.
My accident was in April, and my repairs weren’t completed until October — a long wait due to parts delays. Unfortunately, when the work was finally done, not all the repairs were completed properly. I’m now waiting to hear back about when the remaining touch-ups will be finished, which will require another trip to the repair shop. That part has been frustrating and inconvenient.
Isacc at Enterprise was amazing. The first suv I was put into was a little too small for my service dog. I went in the next day and he helped me get into a larger suv. They were all understanding and kind.
Getting into a wreck is stressful, but intact and enterprise made it so much easier. Thank you

Excellent service, my car is as good as new.
