I managed to snag a last minute appointment to deal with my back, neck, and shoulder issues. Sandra was an absolute delight to work with. She was attentive and clearly adjusted her treatment to the particular issues I was having. She is very skilled and incorporated massage and stretches in my treatment, in which she managed to find many of the trouble spots needing attention. I felt much, much better afterward. I would 100% recommend her as a RMT.
I booked in with Sandra after running a half marathon and it was absolutely amazing. She used an oil that also helped my leg muscles recover quicker and her technique was very gentle on my already sore muscles. The environment is very relaxing and quiet. I highly recommend you come here.
Thanks to Sandra Gibson for the 90 minutes massage I felt relaxed and comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating, I definitely recommend this Inspire Centre Massage and Wellness to all of my friends.
