I managed to snag a last minute appointment to deal with my back, neck, and shoulder issues. Sandra was an absolute delight to work with. She was attentive and clearly adjusted her treatment to the particular issues I was having. She is very skilled and incorporated massage and stretches in my treatment, in which she managed to find many of the trouble spots needing attention. I felt much, much better afterward. I would 100% recommend her as a RMT.

I booked in with Sandra after running a half marathon and it was absolutely amazing. She used an oil that also helped my leg muscles recover quicker and her technique was very gentle on my already sore muscles. The environment is very relaxing and quiet. I highly recommend you come here.

Welcome to Inspire Wellness. Sandra now offers a private practice within Westhills Corporate Centre. With over 28 years in experience, she incorporates a multi-modality approach for relief of headache, chronic back, shoulder and neck pain. She believes that release can come from a place of easing pain not creating it. Sandra is passionate about massage therapy as gentle support for families experiencing life transitions, senior care and those struggling with chronic pain from use of technology, stress, anxiety or grief. Sandra specializes in treatments for high level stress, corporate burnout, work/life overwhelm, anxiety, grief and trauma support. Her client base ranges from teens to seniors.
