Update - New ownership has taken over, and they have communicated that they will honor my massage sessions I had remaining.
I have been going to this Spa for the last 3 years. Susan Lavery and the other massage therapists are amazing, however it looks like management changed a year ago and things have gone downhill. The Spa closed in June unexpectedly, and they have not communicated with customers. I have phoned them and emailed them as I also have a massage pack that I paid for and I would like to get reimbursed for the sessions I didn't get to use, but they have not replied to me. Twyla is a fantastic massage therapist. My husband and I have both been going to her for maybe 8 or 9 years now. The spa could work on their lighting and soundproofing in the treatment rooms as some rooms are better than others, but nothing I won’t put up with for the quality of the massage.
I've had two sessions at your spa and both were absolutely excellent. In fact I'm telling my daughters that what I'd really like is a gift certificate for you guys for Christmas. And I will be back... Although I live in Yellowknife I do travel down here fairly regularly so I will be making future appointments. Both Sarah and Susan are excellent.
