Incredible Florist Seton

Incredible Florist Seton, located in Calgary, AB, is known for their florist-designed and hand-delivered floral arrangements. They offer easy online ordering and have fresh flowers in stock, as well as special deals. The team is described as professional and friendly, with talented staff who go above and beyond for customers.

Customers have shared positive experiences, noting the owner’s helpfulness in recommending beautiful flower choices when certain ones are unavailable. Many have appreciated the high quality of the flowers and the complimentary greenery that sometimes comes with orders. However, there were still some areas of improvement mentioned. A customer felt that the "deluxe" arrangement was overpriced, and the delivery time was later than expected, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the message card provided was not presented nicely with the flowers, which was disappointing.

Overall, Incredible Florist Seton provides good quality flowers and has a talented, friendly team, but there is room for improvement in the delivery policies and the presentation of message cards. It is recommended to read the delivery policy carefully and consider picking up the flowers in person if there is a concern about late delivery.
