It was my first time seeing Hailey for a piercing removal/change and she made the entire experience comfortable and fun. She gave great advice/options. She's super down to earth and friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Hailey is an ANGEL!! I have a super old outdated piece of jewellery in my forward helix, and I sadly lost part of it. I called ahead, and Haley advised to pop in and she could take a look and see if she had anything to fit my existing (sentimental and comfortable) jewellery. After some very thoughtful searching, she DID find something that worked and reinstalled it into my ear (also not easy because the piercing is in a tricky spot) and was so lovely and kind throughout the entire process!! Thanks a million Hailey, you're the best!!!! ?

Steve Peace is extremely good, and kind to his customers.Johnny Lee is pretty rude, my dog got sick and I wanted to reschedule but he stated that I’m losing my deposit and that it wasn’t “cool” that I cancelled when my dog is sick.He also wouldn’t give me a proper estimate for my hand tattoo, told me to bring cash to see how it goes and I was just a prick overall. I won’t be going back there because of the poor customer service he has, the lack of transparency and how rude he comes across.
