I had an excellent customer service/client care experience with Shianne (hopefully, that is spelled correctly) regarding an uncommon medical document that needed to be reviewed and signed from the local physician. I struggled with six other clinics/facilities to correctly assist me including the Imagine Health Centers team in Sunpark Plaza but, again Shianne at the Downtown Macleod Trail was incredibly helpful.The time and effort was appreciated.

Great, conveniently located clinic in downtown Calgary. I've always had a really good experience there. Dr. Young is a fantastic family doctor with a friendly, approachable nature and is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on medical advances. I'm glad I found her, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody needing a great family doctor!
