Recently had a new heat pump and tankless water heater installed at home. Excellent service, great workmanship, and top-notch communication from the team led by Al and Jordan. The installation went smoothly, everything is working perfectly, and I’ll be recommending Horizon to friends and colleagues.
Awesome company, I’ve worked with them for 5 years, since I moved to Calgary. They are responsive, professional, and always return a call. Very happy with this team. I always ask for the same person to check my HVac every year, he is great, spends 2 or more hours at my home, my furnace, AC and a garage furnace, I feel very safe in their hands, they will always get my business.
Got a Carrier Minisplit installed in our business about a year ago. The unit has had a few issues, and the install defiantly wasn't smooth. That said, I can't complain about the customer service/support. Matt/Shalvin have been very patient and professional with me, even answering questions after hours and guiding me on DIY cleaning/maintenance.
I will say is that their repair guy Joe is incredible. He has come to multiple of our service calls and is an absolute legend. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about what he does.
