I've had excellent service from Ryan at High Mark anytime I've called for emergency plumbing and heating needs. He and the company have been extremely responsive, provided high quality service and are really reasonable. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend High Mark! We needed to replace the hot water tank and a downstairs bathroom toilet, and from the initial quote to the actual appointment Ryan went above and beyond. He arrived on time, worked quickly, was thorough when explaining what was done, and patient with answering every and all questions! Thank you for making it an easy, stress-free experience!
It was -30 and my furnace crapped out. Highmark was the only company willing to come out so late on a saturday. They sent Ryan B and he was here within half hour. He quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix it right away, and at a surprisingly affordable price, considering most other companies would charge an arm & a leg for emergency hours. Very experienced and friendly tech as well as very quick response from highmark. Will definitely use again in future. 5 stars for sure.
