It was -30 and my furnace crapped out. Highmark was the only company willing to come out so late on a saturday. They sent Ryan B and he was here within half hour. He quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix it right away, and at a surprisingly affordable price, considering most other companies would charge an arm & a leg for emergency hours. Very experienced and friendly tech as well as very quick response from highmark. Will definitely use again in future. 5 stars for sure.
