Top notch service team! Trevor, Natasha and (sorry no name) the fellow who picked me up from work to pick up my car were great. This is definitely a service oriented dealership. I've already recommended Heritage Honda to a friend who is looking for a vehicle. I know she will be in good hands.

Called multiple Honda dealers to check availability on getting my vehicle in for some general maintenance. Heritage honda was the only one with staff who sounded knowledgeable leaving me feel confident to trust them with my vehicle. With poor planing on my end they still managed to get me in with only a few hours till close. Melissa ( my service advisor ) was very helpful, even with a few hiccups went above and beyond making sure my vehicle was and will be well looked after. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Heritage Honda and encourage other to as well.

I’ve been dealing with Heritage Honda for 5+ years now and never had an issue! Always the friendliest people and willing to help however possible! I had the pleasure of working with Tommy Tran for a lease exchange and he went out of his way to ensure that all of my annoying questions were answered, at all times! And he always did it with a smile on his face. 12/10 customer service - thanks again Tommy!
