I'm pleased with the improvement in my lawn this season. Ronan was professional, listened to my concerns, and treated the specific areas I pointed out. Green Drop's field service and customer service have been responsive. My only suggestion is to improve the customer portal and billing processes. Overall, a positive experience.
Chris was very pleasant, asked if we had any questions, and then proceeded to spray the rocks around our house as per our Clear Pathways package. We are very happy with the service Chris has provided to us.
Talked to their technician just before he started. Always excellent, friendly, competant service. The results show the care taken. The grass is very healthy evn before this application from previous year's treatments.
