I want to thank the team at kenworth , especially Michelle and Robert,I was having mechanical issues that nobody could solve. When I went to service department at kenworth I was very deflated, Michelle was such a calming influence, she asked me some mechanical questions and said they were busy but would try to get me in as soon as possible.Michelle called me the next day at home with good news that truck was running and ready to go, I will absolutely be going back because of the way Michelle and Robert treated me. Thanks.

I want to start by thanking Michelle, with the service department! She was amazing!!! Such a wonderful soul. Her communication, recommendations of things to do while I was broke down, and her all out kindness made this a stellar experience!I’d also like to say that everyone I interacted with at this location from office staff to the mechanics were all pleasant and friendly… updating me on my situation the whole way as well as taking time to just chat. Also, their professionalism was on point!The location itself is a pretty good spot. The drop yard for trailers is just up the road, which was very convenient. Nope didn't go there but I'm sure the food would be terrible.I did however contact their support staff in regards to a wireing diagram for a 25 year old kenworth and received really good service.If you own a Kenworth don't forget you have a support team available to you!
