Germain Car Specialist was extremely good. Took my $5000 quote to $450, based on finding another solution... Great service from Marina... Impressive for a change! Highly recommended
I have been consistently using German Car Specialist since I got my Mercedes, and I have always had a great experience. The communication is straightforward and honest, and they have done quick and quality work every time. Bonus that they have always washed the exterior of my car! I highly recommend this shop !
Second visit to get brakes on my X5. Again the process is smooth and based on the 1st time experience. Staff polite and clear. Expectations are discussed and set up front in terms of work scope and cost estimate. The communication during the day and overallprocess is great. When it comes time to settle things, they appear as expected, as set upfront. In my case it was cheaper than estimated. Thank you. Will be seeing you in n the near future for next oil change.
