Brenda and Jeimy are incredible.I had lost my hair from chemo in November 2021. I wish I’d heard of Georgios 635 sooner, but by the time I went in I’d already had a wig. I was 4 months into treatment and I still didn’t feel confident wearing it.When I went in for my consultation, Brenda and her assistant, Jeimy, made me feel like a queen! She spent a couple of hours with me and in that time she took my measurements, went through a HUGE selection of different wigs, showed me how to properly wear each one, how I could potentially style it, how to care for them, and more. My elderly parents had looked extensively in both AB and BC for someone to help with their hair concerns (Moms thinning and Dads toupee replacement) Brenda was not only extremely knowledgeable and capable but her compassion and understanding helped achieve a result they were both delighted with. This woman is heaven sent!!! Brenda is so kind and compassionate. She is an expert at what she does and her studio is bright and flawless. She is great to talk to and extremely organized. She would make notes in a notebook when I had appointments & wrote down important details regarding what we talked about, questions I had to follow up with me on, & even if I called with a potential concern!!! So nice to have someone who remembers the important details and cares about you and your business. She takes things to a new level of customer care.
