Viktoriia is my nail tech and she does such an incredible job each time! She’s so meticulous and passionate about her work, she always listens carefully to what I want and then creates something even better than I imagined! One of their receptionists Kailey is always so kind, helpful and welcoming as well. So grateful to Viktoriia, she’s amazing, highly recommend her!
After a bad experience at Outlash Beauty Boutique in Montgomery, I urgently contacted Frilly Lilly to see if they can fix the disaster. They were so accommodating and sympathic and went above and beyond to fix my eyebrows. Outlash waxed too much and made them so dark that I looked hideous. As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease and they were so wonderful and friendly. They couldn't fix the over amount of hair that was waxed off but they showed me how to fill them in and fix the huge uneven gap by Outlash. They also re-tinted my brows a flattering color and shaped them properly since that wasn't done correctly at Outlash and they were so mis-matched and uneven. I'm so...read full review
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Karen is the absolute best!!! She was very skilled and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return for the exceptional service and friendly atmosphere.
