Saturday afternoon after I realized that my tire was deflated and upon inspecting I found a nail. I drove down to fountain tire the advisor Joelle was kind and helpful and they were able to fix it before they closed. I appreciated this so much and I loved the text report included for the tire repair! I had went to another tire shop nearby prior and they could not help without an appointment which was stressful. Thank you!!

I had a flat tire the afternoon before I was to travel to Edmonton. I purchased my tires from Fountain Tire two years ago. I went to the shop and left the tire. In spite of them being fully booked they were able to look and the tire and repair it that day!!! They called to say I could come in at 7:30AM the next morning and have the tire put back on. I am so grateful for Fountain Tire helping me out. Definitely will buy my next set of tires here

I had an appointment for oil change, balancing, and off rim tire swap on May 13, 2025. I was told service would take about two hours and they were spot on! My small dog was able to join me for the appointment, there's customer Wi-Fi available, and the staff were all very pleasant especially considering how busy they were. My only complaint is the tap limit for a credit card is $250. I have a card that allows me to earn more points when I tap, so I missed out on those, but I don't think that's up to the individual shop, so I am not taking points off my review for that.
