Fort Garry Industries Ltd, established in 1919, is a Canadian-owned wholesale distributor of aftermarket parts, trailers, truck equipment, and related accessories for the commercial vehicle market. They offer factory-trained repair, maintenance, and installation services with locations from Central Ontario to the West coast. The professional people are great in knowledge and help. They provide a professional standard of service and communication from the service manager is excellent. The results of the work have been more than satisfactory. The new parts driver is friendly, outgoing and is great at the job.
Great place to shop truck parts and other stuff. They are really helpful. If associates are busy , manager would leave his chair and comes to help. Much appreciate for being so helpful and wise.
I’m a landscape/snow removal contractor that’s been dealing with FGI for a long time. They provide a professional standard of service. Communication from the service manager Rene is excellent. The techs are involved in the process and so far the results of the work have been more then satisfactory. I would recommend using FGI to any contractor who wants to deal with a professional mechanical shop. The rates are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
Fort Garry has been delivering my shop parts for years. The new parts driver Bev, has been excellent. She is friendly, outgoing and is great at her job. It’s a nice change when most parts delivery drivers keep to themselves and forget about the customer service aspect.
