The minute my husband and I entered this store, we were floored. There was such a wide array of ‘flooring’ stuff, we were slightly over whelmed. But after talking with Janet, our unease was reduced to nothing. She really listened to our needs and came up with brilliant ideas. Although our mind changed on a couple of things, it didn’t stop her unwavering support. I would most definitely shop here again when and if the need arises. I have even told others about Flooring Superstores and recommended them .

I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked into the shop and met the wonderful Jeraldinee. She went above and beyond a typical salesperson — taking the time to explain all the different flooring options and their features. Her installation team did a fantastic job, and I absolutely love our new floors. Highly recommended!

Janet and Aly are a great team! Janet sourced a great vinyl product for my flooring situation. The Ceretec product looks just beautiful and feels so great underfoot. Aly takes pride in his work and this shows in his superior installation skills. Thank you Janet and Aly!
So a few months later now, I require servicing due to some leveling issues. I would give the service department a 2 star rating.
