I had an assessment with Josh at Avenue Physio after fracturing my ankle and tearing my ATFL. He explained everything clearly and gave me the confidence to start moving without relying on my aircast all the time. I’ve already noticed improvements and now I’m down to using just one crutch. I had my first visit with Joyce and it was wonderful. Joyce was very friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling with some relief after some dry needling and assurance of what the next steps will be for my recovery.

Fantastic experience, top to bottom. Recently saw Maria for a shoulder injury and withing seconds knew I was in amazing hands. Her examination and treatment have really been amazing and I look forward to future visits to beat this injury - and the associated pain. The whole team there is super friendly and professional.
