“Natalie is phenomenal! She is always able to execute my horribly described wishes for my brows and turns them into exactly what I wanted! Even if I give the most ridiculous and out there descriptions for what I am wanting them to look like or the vibe I want them to give off, she is able to take that information and make it happen! She’s so kind and welcoming and not only is my go to brow waxer but she also gives great advice for how to apply brow pencils and gel to keep the shape I want. I go to her every time I need my brows done and am never disappointed!“

I was nervous about the idea of permanent makeup but Amy quickly put my mind at ease with her kind and professional demeanor. “I could seriously not recommend Hoi enough! I had an old eyebrow tattoo that turned grey/ashy and I was very self conscious about it. I was too scared to get it removed because most machines in calgary use very aggressive machines that are painful and leave you with blisters on your face. Hoi uses a laser machine that was about 3/10 on the pain scale and in only one session I noticed a REMARKABLE DIFFERENCE in my eyebrows! I left her clinic feeling so much more confident and she clearly is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. I could not recommend her enough and I can't wait to continue my treatment with her!“

“I had over-plucked, thin eyebrows which never recovered from the 90's fad of having pencil-thin eyebrows. Alex was able to fix that and give me very natural looking brows. I don't wear makeup, so it was very important to me that my brows look natural. I am very happy with the results and have had very positive feedback from friends and family. 100% would recommend!
