In preparation for installation for a ductless split air conditioner I was Able to connect with Mike directly for future installation that required removal of the existing window mount ac unit. Fortunately Owen was the technician assigned for this task. Very pleased with Owen’s punctuality, courtesy, and clean-up. Great people skills overall. A pleasure too have on site.
I have used exact mechanical for furnace and plumbing issues and they are always so helpful, easy to work with and make sure everything is done properly. I recently had an emergency plumbing issue and Mike sent his team out quickly and they resolved the problem and followed up to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Highly recommend.
Exact Mechanical Services were out at my place today to fix a plumbing issue. Turned out they had to change the main sewer drain cover and send a camera down to see what our issue was. Thankfully it was about 75 feet out and was a City pipe issue. Thanks again to Technician - Tom for all his hard work, the past few days. Excellent service and would recommend this company anytime.
