Eddie was fantastic and got our furnace fixed. We had same day service as the furnace blower motor had stopped working and he sourced a part and picked it up came back. Called to let me know he was on his way. Eddie was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Our water heater started leaking first thing in the morning and it was suggested that I call another company (2 days later they still had not called me back ... you know the one, little dog) so I called Exact Mechanical. I was so happy that I was connected right away with their after hours service coordinator and within 2 hours I had a knock on my front door and two wonderful servicemen had my new water heater installed in no time. I highly recommend Exact. Very professional and their customer service is exactly as it should be. Thanks Exact!!
