Called Eden Brook in a surprised state - the need for their services came up suddenly and unexpectedly and from the beginning their team was wonderful, compassionate, responsive, reliable, and fantastic. I'd give six stars if I could. They worked through the many questions and preferences that we would have, some that we didn't know we'd have until they brought them up. They were prompt across the board, and the celebration of life we had was touchingly sweet, and went off completely without a hitch. They are respectful, sympathetic, respectful, and utterly kind. Truly a beautiful cemetery for my loved ones who are buried there. Everything outside seemed so well maintained. The main building has a very nice bathroom with various provisions one may need. This is where I put the 4 stars. My criticisms come from the layout being confusing and the lack of directions for anyone who is trying to find specific sites. The staff in the main building were not very friendly and had no idea about what was going on with our memorial as it was the next building who dealt with cremation memorials.
