Andy from Ducky's Drains and his team are awesome. They are very professional and know their stuffs, not like many plumbers I called. I had a sewer clogging problem and we didn't know the cleanout location. Wasted my money calling plumbers and paid service fees just for them to come and told me that they cannot find the cleanout. Some of them even recommended shortcut to clean from toilet, sink, etc. (Don't do that, don't listen to them, could be bigger problems if you damage your backflow valves, unless you are sure your houses don't have ones.). We are so thankful for Ducky’s Drains! Andy was the 4th plumber we called, and he was the only one who could actually solve the problem. The other plumbers couldn’t get it done, but Andy did an awesome job and fixed everything quickly and professionally. We were so stressed and desperate with a clogged drain, and now we’re just excited to finally have our life back to normal. Highly recommend Ducky’s Drains—Andy truly goes above and beyond!
