Appreciate the honesty! Took in an expensive shoe with a flapping bottom heel to glue back - the gentleman provided a repair cost but was very forthcoming about the repair not likely to last.Previous experience was also very pleasant and reasonable. Thanks!

The sole started to come off my old battered hiking shoes the day before I was going on a 2 week hiking trip. They glued them same day for me and they held out for the whole trip. Legends!

The absolute best place you can take your designer shoes to! I took my christian louboutin boots here that had a broken zipper and his prices are so fair to replace the whole zipper was only $60 and these were $2500 boots so absolutely worth it. He even called me and was super transparent about everything he recommended to ensure these boots will last even longer before continue working on it. I told him i was in a bit of an urgent rush for these shoes and normally he would take a week but he was able to finish them in 2 days for me for an exception!!!!
