Jason ‘Jay’ (Warranty Technician) at Douglas homes is an absolute rockstar! He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order and that we were well taken care of. We are first time home owners and he ensured that all of our concerns were addressed and our home was in great shape all throughout. Courteous, professional, and diligent are a few words we’d use to describe his service and attitude. Thank you, Jason for all of your hard work!
