After having a frustrating experience with another nail tech (not this store) I called Double V on short notice as I needed to get 2 nails repaired. That same night I ended up ripping off all my nails because I was so mad about how they turned out. I called double v the next day to ask if I could get a full set instead of just 2 nail repairs. They graciously accommodated my request. When I arrived it was 550pm they took me right away, in and out in 62 minutes. My first experience at Double V was an amazing one and I will DEFINITELY be back and will absolutely recommend to friends and family. Tina was the lady who did my nails and Anna was there as well. They were both beyond wonderful! Helpful, understanding and took the time to make me feel good. I appreciate what these ladies did for me and couldn’t be more grateful! Best experience I have EVER had getting my nails done and that says a lot. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15-20 years and have tried many different places. You guys are awesome and I can’t wait to come back for more smiles and laughs! See you in 3 weeks!
