They are a 2 man team that came in and refinished our floors to perfection in just 2 days! Matt was very kind and informative, very comfortable to talk with. We just purchased the house in July and was not satisfied with the glossy amber/yellow floors as we prefer more of a natural color, we we're delighted to discover that they are hardwood floors, initially we we're going to DIY them since we are quite handy people around the house... after researching more we realized that there is definitely an art to this type of work... thankfully we hired Diablo to do it for us as they did such a great job in only 2 days! My husband and I were searching for a reliable company to get our floor refinished. Diablo flooring was recommended by quite a few people so we reached out to ask for a quote.
Unlike the other companies we’ve reached out previously, Matt took his time to explain and provide us information on our floor. I honestly didn’t know there were so many different types! He was extremely patient answering the billion questions we had and it was really nice that he gave us many options on the finished look.
