I cannot say enough good things about my purchase with Designers Edge, when you walk into their building it looks really high end and expensive, but their pricing to match other identical blinds we purchased in the past from another supplier were by far a better price. They showed me the exact material to match my blinds. Deliver fell exactly in the time frame they stated, Vanessa was really good to deal with she ensured we got the exact matching products to what we already have. Great place to deal with 5 stars seems hardly appropriate given the amazing customer support we got and the installed product is the best I could have hoped for.
Purchased a new condo and 23 months later had an issue with a blind aggressively dropping down when lowering. Sent video of problem. A week later a technician arrived and 20 minutes later blind was repaired. Was covered by warranty.
