Daniyal came highly recommended and honestly, after our experience I cannot imagine pursuing any real estate transactions without him. He is professional, knowledgeable and communicated all through our buying and selling with him. He understands the market and prepared a detail plan of how he was going to sell our home. All aspects of his listing and marketing were fantastic, from the staging to the photography and social media, he got our house sold in 30 days in a slow market. Absolutely amazing! After watching Daniyal guide our son thru his first home purchase in 2020, there was no question who to call when we decided to list our family home. From start to finish, Daniyal made the whole process very comfortable and was always available when we needed him or had questions. Daniyal also made himself available to assist us when it came time to find our new home in a completely different city; he even took time out of his busy schedule in Calgary to set up and meet us for showings! We now consider him a family friend and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone...in fact, we already have ?
If I can give this man 10 stars I would. Daniyal went above and beyond than any realtor I have met so far. You can tell that Daniyal has strong work ethic, knowledge, and experience to be able to make difficult transactions look easy. I am beyond grateful to have met Daniyal and have him represent me since he was able to make buying/selling a home stress free for what it was and he did an amazing job with marketing. Would definitely reccomend Daniyal to anyone regardless of what your home situation is looking like, Daniyal is able to handle any situation you have with ease.
