I am a consultant and recently started my own company. I contacted CTECH Consulting Group to address issues I was having with Microsoft Teams. While CTECH's business model is not to provide tech support to an individual, Carl Fransen went out of his way to connect with his network of people, and he made sure that I received the support I needed. I believe we've been working with CTECH for 10 years. They've always been professional, responsive, and supportive. We're in the Oil & Gas sector and have weathered some economic storms over the past 10 years, Carl and his team have been able to respond to our ever changing requirements with speed and accuracy. From acquisitions, to cloud migrations we would not have been able to weather the COVID storm without the support from CTECH. Great service and quality workmanship. Mother board crashed on my laptop and Dell would not service it. Ken managed to source out a new board and get it replaced in a reasonable amount at a cost efficient price.
