All of the stuff are friendly, I've been going there for almost a year. Nitika is the one who treats me. She is been doing an excellent job. They are also flexible with scheduling appointments. I recommend anyone who has been in an accident or suffers from any pain (back, nick, etc)to go to them and your will see the result.
