Having dealt with Clearwater for 12 years, I know how excellent their services are & the awesome technicians they employ. Of course, furnace problems always have to happen during a cold snap and I’m no exception. John Fenning came to my home today and got my furnace up and running in very short order. John’s customer service is impeccable. He is professional, friendly and knows his stuff. Jennifer from the office was also a very important part of my situation. She was so kind & patient with me. Truly appreciated the timely and professional service. Didn't have to wait a week just to address the initial issue - a pilot light that would not light. Technician "Branden" took the time to address issues in an understandable and genuine way, and provided reasonable options, both pros and cons. Happy with ClearView Services and my new hot water tank!

Shawn Morrow was the HVAC person that installed my new furnace. He kept me informed. Answered all my questions. He was a meticulous worker. Measured twice, cut once. He didn’t leave until he was sure everything installed that day was working properly. He kept me informed. Went over other things I would need to know about the furnace, the programable thermostat, the carbon monoxide detectors. I felt he took pride in his work. He inspired confidence. I am hoping not to have to use the new furnace for another month or so, but I have no doubt Clearview was the right choice.
